Fully Injected’s, Danny Holtgraver, lead the team against the All-Stars this past Saturday night at Mercer Raceway Park. He, and the rest of the D4 operation, will be traveling to all three stops on the Labor Day swing. Holtgraver continues to mount an impressive campaign in 2011; as he holds a solid top five spot in Ohio Region All-Star points.

Scott Priester, Rod George, and Adam Kekich also qualified for the A-main event against the All-Star Circuit of Champions last Saturday evening. George was a top five finish contender until an early race spin would knock the Kittanning native out of contention. Priester will hopefully change is recent string of bad luck and put himself back into upfront contention. Brandon Matus, who recently turned 17, didn’t have quite the positive luck that Spithaler achieved; as mechanical issues would cause the Wampum, PA native to fail to make the feature event. Fully Injected’s, Scott Priester, would be involved in a early feature race tangle, but would still manage to finish just one spot shy of a top ten run. Priester and Holtgraver ready to rumble with the All-Stars!

Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania, will host the All-Star Circuit of Champions for the second time this year; this Saturday night, August 27th. Lead by defending All-Star Champion, Tim Shaffer, and Ohio native, Dale Blaney – the All-Stars are sure to bring top notch quality and stiff competition to the Mercer, PA bullring.

Team Fully Injected drivers, Scott Priester and Danny Holtgraver, will be on hand this weekend; doing their part in defending their ‘home track,’ and hopefully putting another FI competitor at the front of the field. Fully Injected’s, Tyler Altmeyer, had the opportunity to discuss this weekend’s event with the two Western Pennsylvania natives. They both expressed enthusiasm and excitement about the $5,000 to win, Ohio Region event.

Rimersburg, Pennsylvania native, Scott Priester, has been on board with the Fully Injected concept since early this spring. Not only has Priester been busy off the track, working a full-time job and supporting a family, but also busy at the track; driving two different cars for two different owners at two different venues each and every weekend.

Scott not only drives his own familiar Metplas no. 11 on Friday nights at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania – but he also pilot’s the Martha Dionise owned no. 15 on Saturday nights at Mercer Raceway Park. His determination and work ethic proves to pay off, as Scott has pulled countless double duty weekends in 2011; scoring multiple top five finishes day in and day out at the two western PA facilities. When discussing this Saturday night’s event with the All-Stars, Scott seemed optimistic in his quotes…

“Yea – feeling great now that we found some things wrong with the car (Dionise no. 15)…Perhaps I’m setting my goals too high – but I would be really happy with a top 10 finish…If we qualify well, there is no reason why that can’t happen.”

Scott’s plans for the rest of the season are to finish out the Mercer schedule in the Dionise ride, as well as finish out the Lernerville schedule in his own no. 11- minus the World of Outlaws Commonwealth Class; which is at Lernerville Speedway on Saturday, September 24th.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion, Danny Holtgraver, comes into this weekend’s All-Star Circuit of Champions Ohio Region event ranked 4th in Ohio Region points; as well as 10th overall in the National standings. The Fully Injected teammate’s decision to venture away from the Western Pennsylvania racing scene this season has proved more than just pay off; as he recorded a large  number of top 10 finishes with some of the toughest 410 competition in the country.

Holtgraver’s trek across Ohio for the 29th Annual Ohio Sprint Speedweek also proved to be worth its weight in fuel, as Danny’s efforts landed him a top three finish in Ohio Sprint Speedweek overall points; just seven points shy of speedweek runner-up, Dale Blaney. When discussing this weekend’s ‘home turf’ All-Star event, the humble Fully Injected rep simply stated:

“We are just gonna go out and race…it’s just another race…I’m gonna stay focused and race as hard as I can- like any other event we go too…hopefully it pays off and we get up front!”

You can keep up with Danny and Scott all season long- right here at www.fullyinjected.com!

Fully Injected’s Late Model Division ready for another Western PA weekend!

Jared Miley and Mike Reft; Fully Injected’s only two late model representatives, will look to turn heads again this weekend in Western Pennsylvania. Reft and Miley, both, will be racing at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Saturday night.

South Park’s Fully Injected teammate, Jared Miley, will look to erase last weekend’s disappointing appearance at PPMS, and hopefully recreate some momentum by getting back into victory lane. The ‘Red Miley Rumble’ did not go over as planned for the pilot of the Colussy Chevrolet- H1. Miley had to drop out of the main event early last Saturday due to extensive involvement in feature race cautions. The super late model standout will also be racing at Sarver, Pennsylvania’s, Lernerville Speedway, on Friday evening.

Western Pennsylvania’s, Mike Reft, will use this weekend to gain valuable knowledge and seat time; as he  anxiously awaits Labor Day’s Jook George Memorial at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Last week, Reft picked up a top 10 finish at Pittsburgh’s monster half-mile; just one spot shy of finishing inside the top five. The young man from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, will head back to PPMS for a weekly show this Saturday night in hopes of finding himself back in FASTRAK/Pro late model victory lane.

Stay tuned all week and weekend; as Fully Injected will keep you updated on everything that’s going on – everywhere!
