By Fully Injected Motorsports:

JONESTOWN, PA (August 22, 2017) – The “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss has been on a tear at the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace” in 2017, now with three victories on the season, most recently charging from 11th to win on Saturday, August 19. It was Zearfoss’ second consecutive victory at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile, moving within 150 markers of the Port Royal Speedway track championship point lead.

“What a run on Saturday,” Zearfoss said, pilot of the Brock Zearfoss Racing/Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill/Meckley’s Limestone/Central Builders Supply Co./Berkebile Oil Company/BAPS Auto Paint & Supply/No. 3Z. “We are clicking on a whole new level right now. The entire team is having a lot of fun and that makes everything so much easier. If we keep our consistency on the current path, I’m confident we’ll make a run at the track championship. We were one spot shy last year. I think this is our year.”

In addition to his Port Royal Speedway start on Saturday, the “Jonestown Jet” made three starts against the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions at Grandview Speedway, Williams Grove Speedway and Susquehanna Speedway on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, respectively. Zearfoss highlighted his appearances with “America’s Series” with a top-five performance at Susquehanna Speedway on Sunday, August 20. It was his first top-five finish of the season against the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions, finishing fifth officially after starting third on the feature grid. Zearfoss qualified for main event competition by winning his respective heat race.

Brock Zearfoss will continue his 2017 campaign with visits to Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway on Friday and Saturday, August 25-26. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native will enter the weekend sixth in the Central PA Sprint Series presented by Hoseheads.com point standings, earning a total of four victories thus far in 2017, one of which against the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series aboard the Aaron Long-owned/H&N Landscaping/RV 4 Wheel Drive/Leahys Auto Body & Towing/ No. 58. Zearfoss will drive for Aaron Long again on Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway.
