Fully Injected Motorsports:

York, PA (April 27, 2016) –  The 2016 season has been active for York’s own Cory Haas, balancing the majority of his effort between action at Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway. The pilot of the Michael Barshinger Builder, Embee & Son, Inc, York P-B Truss, Inc., No. 11C has had no issue displaying success during the early stages of his 2016 campaign, earning his way into the top-ten on eight separate occasions between the two facilities, five of which at Lincoln Speedway. Haas’ most recent top-ten appearance occurred on Friday night, April 22, during the $6,000-to-win, Tommy Hinnershitz Memorial at Williams Grove Speedway, crossing under the final checkers 10th in the running order.

The former eight-time 358 track champion in Central Pennsylvania will have three opportunities to further his 2016 accomplishments during the upcoming weekend, set to embark on three consecutive nights of competition at three different facilities.

“Big weekend ahead, so that is definitely exciting for our team,” said Cory Haas. “We’ve been having a pretty good year. The speed is there, and we’ve shown that, we just need to put ourselves in some better positions. Can’t thank my guys enough for their hard work and dedication. We’ll work to get that first win of the season this weekend.”

Cory Haas will kick-off the upcoming weekend with a visit to the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg on Friday night, April 29, followed by a trip back to the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown on Saturday night, April 30. The 13th annual Weldon Sterner Memorial will headline competition in the Pigeon Hills, awarding $6,900 to the main event winner after 33 laps of A-main action.

Fred Rahmer’s “Party at the Path” will conclude Cory Haas’ upcoming triple-header, headquartered at Path Valley Speedway Park near Spring Run on Sunday evening, May 1. A top prize equalling $4,000 will be awarded on Sunday night, and after taking into consideration Friday’s potential payday of $3,800, Cory Haas could pocket nearly $15,000 by the end of the weekend. The York native is certainly no stranger to high dollar pay days, earning a prior Kevin Gobrecht Memorial title worth $7,000. Haas will enter the three-race schedule currently 11th in the Hoseheads Central PA standings.
