Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing unveil 2019 schedule

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (January 19, 2019) – Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing will put their experience and competitiveness to the test in 2019, unveiling a schedule comprised of 110 nights of competition, 45 of which during All Star Circuit of Champions or World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series competition. Dietrich, a ten-time winner during action in 2018, will launch the new year with a trip to the Sunshine State, ready to do battle with the All Stars and World of Outlaws during a combined eight events between January 31 and February 10.

The bulk of Dietrich’s schedule will begin at the ‘Fabulous’ Lincoln Speedway on February 23.

“It took some time to put this schedule together. As usual, we’ll be spending a lot of time in our own backyard, but we also plan to travel some,” Danny Dietrich said, driver of the Gary Kauffman Racing, Sweeney Cars, Pace Performance, Self Made, No. 48 sprint car. “A few things are going to be different, but it’s business as usual for us. We’re ready to get started.”

Continuing a recent tradition, perhaps the most grueling segment of Dietrich’s 2019 schedule is the middle section of June through the first week of July when the Gettysburg native will take on the first seven nights of Ohio Sprint Speedweek, followed by nine straight nights of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek. Although not in consecutive fashion, only seven days separate his partial Ohio Sprint Speedweek schedule (June 14-20) from his Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek schedule (June 28-July 6).

Other major plans for Dietrich include revisiting Mansfield Motor Speedway for the $100,000-to-win Sprint Car World Championship, joining the All Star Circuit of Champions during a trio of New York stops in early June, entering a trio of 410/360 doubleheaders in Central Pennsylvania, and potentially revisiting The Dirt Track at Charlotte for the World Finals in early November. Without saying, Dietrich will join the All Stars and World of Outlaws during all events in Central Pennsylvania.

“I can’t thank Gary Kauffman and everyone enough for making a schedule like this possible,” Dietrich continued. “We are lucky enough to be associated with a lot of great people, Derek (Snyder) from Sweeney and Pace included. We are excited to have him play a major role within our race team. I’m pumped to see what we can do.”

Fans are reminded that 2019 Danny Dietrich apparel is now available. Purchases can be made at www.dannydietrich.com, as well as at the track.
