Cory Haas shows off his new look at a recent show in Central Pennsylvania

York, Pennsylvania native and Fully Injected teammate, Cory Haas, is ready for the new Central PA sprint car season to begin! The former 358 sprint car competitor and track champion will open his 2012 campaign at the ‘Icebreaker 30’ at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. Haas has recently moved into 410 sprint car competition on a full-time basis, and looks to add to his very impressive resume of eight-358 sprint car track championships at Lincoln Speedway and Williams Grove. His 410 sprint car accomplishments are already beginning to add up, and 2012 is sure to only help the cause.

The annual ‘Icebreaker 30’ for the 410 sprint cars will not only open the central Pennsylvania season, but also the Lincoln Speedway season; with a 30 lap, $3,500 to win afternoon event on February 25th. Haas had two wins at the Pigeon Hills venue in 2011; including the Pennsylvania Speedweek Sprint Series opener worth $7,000. The pilot of the familiar white no. 11C finished seventh in last year’s Lincoln Speedway track standings; and only looks to improve on that result.

“The plan is pretty much the same as last year” quoted Haas when discussing the new season, “Lincoln and the Grove every week – as well as some Speedweek shows and Keystone Cup races…beating the World of Outlaws at Lincoln is also in!”
