By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Indiana, PA (May 26th, 2015) – Western Pennsylvania late model standout Gregg Satterlee kicked off his Memorial Day weekend by earning his second super late model victory of the 2015 season. ‘The Truth’ earned the victory at the Bedford Fairgrounds Speedway in Bedford, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, May 22nd; conquering the ‘Johnny Grum Tribute’ worth $4,000 from the eighth starting position. Satterlee will revisit the Bedford half-mile this Friday evening, May 29th for the opening night of ‘Appalachian Mountain Dirt Late Model Speedweek.’

“That was a big one for us” said Gregg Satterlee, “Our season has been pretty good to us lately…getting another win certainly helps with our momentum heading into speedweek and ‘The Dream’…Robby, my dad and the entire team work really hard…they deserved another win so I’m glad we were able to do that…we’ll head back to Bedford on Friday for the opening night of speedweek…we’ll use everything we’ve learned this weekend and work towards a repeat.”

Gregg Satterlee continued his Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 23rd at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. The Rochester Mills, Pennsylvania native, who now resides in Indiana, Pennsylvania, finished second during the ‘Fallen Heroes Championship’ at the half-mile ‘Speed Palace.’ It was Satterlee’s first visit to the Juniata County Fairgrounds in 2015, and will return to the grounds this Saturday night, May 30th for the second round of ‘Appalachian Mountain Dirt Late Model Speedweek.’ Satterlee started 12th during the ‘Fallen Heroes Championship’ 25-lap main event.

Up next on the 2015 schedule is a loaded pair of weekends in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Gregg Satterlee and the Satterlee Petroleum Distributors, Keyser Manufacturing, Valvoline, ‘22’ team will join the ‘Appalachian Mountain Dirt Late Model Speedweek Series’ during the first three rounds of their 2015 schedule. ‘The Truth’ will join the series at the Bedford Fairgrounds Speedway, Port Royal Speedway and Path Valley Speedway Park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 29th, 30th & 31st. Satterlee will then hop off of the speedweek trail and venture west towards the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio for the $100,000-to-win ‘Dirt Late Model Dream’ on Thursday through Saturday, June 4th – 6th.

“A very busy next few weeks ahead for us” explained Gregg Satterlee, “We’ll join speedweek for the first three rounds and then head out to Eldora…we’ve always enjoyed racing speedweek…gives us an opportunity to race three consecutive nights this year and not travel a terrible distance from our shop…as much as we would like to follow the rest of speedweek, we don’t want to miss ‘The Dream’…it’s one of the most prestigious super late model races in the country so we want to be there…we’ve been pretty good at Eldora in recent seasons…we’ll head there and try to put ourselves in a position to win.”
