YORK, PA (June 15, 2017) – Cory Haas and the Trone Outdoor Motorsports team are coming off a triple top-ten weekend at Susquehanna, Williams Grove and Lincoln, including an impressive 14th to fourth run at the latter Saturday night.

Haas sits second in the Lincoln Speedway point standings, trailing only five-time and defending track champion Brian Montieth. Haas started at the back of his heat race and worked his way to fifth, one spot short of the feature handicap. The Trone #39 was hooked up in the feature as Haas used both the top and bottom of the speedway to work his way to the front of the feature.

Thursday, Haas was scored eighth at Susquehanna and he was scheduled to start fourth at Williams Grove on Friday but lost control of the car looking for a big move in turn one. He restarted at the tail and worked his way back into the top ten in impressive fashion.

With Williams Grove not running winged cars this week, Haas and the Trone Outdoor Motorsports team will only be at the Lincoln Speedway this week for BAPS Night. Haas has been knocking on the door for his first win and will be looking to grab it Saturday night.

Cory Haas and John Trone would like to thank all of their marketing partners including: Eagle Steel, Trone Outdoor Advertising, Eagle Evergreens, Bricker’s, DMI, Bulldog Rear Ends, York PB Truss, Maxim Chassis, Connecticut Oil Kings, KSE, Wings Unlimited, QA1 Shocks, Creekside Auto Sales, and Fully Injected Motorsports.
