YORK, PA – May 10, 2017 – With Williams Grove and Lincoln Speedway losing their programs to weather, Cory Haas and the Trone Outdoor Motorsports headed to Susquehanna Speedway for the Kevin Gobrecht Classic on Sunday night.

Haas missed the heat race inversion by one spot in time trials and used the rest of the evening to test and tune the #39. “We tried some crazy things with the car looking for speed – to no avail,” Haas said about Sunday night. Haas was officially scored 17th in the feature.

“We’re really looking forward to getting back to Williams Grove and Lincoln. We just need the weather to cooperate to get some racing in this week,” Haas said about this upcoming weekend. But for seemingly the umpteenth time in 2017, rain is called for both Friday and Saturday night.

This Friday at Williams Grove is the ‘Outlaw Tune-up” that offers Haas and the rest of the ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ locals one last chance to ready themselves in preparation of the World of Outlaws invasion May 19-20.

Cory Haas and John Trone would like to thank all of their marketing partners including: Eagle Steel, Trone Outdoor Advertising, Eagle Evergreens, Bricker’s, DMI, Bulldog Rear Ends, York PB Truss, Maxim Chassis, Connecticut Oil Kings, KSE, Wings Unlimited, QA1 Shocks, and Fully Injected Motorsports.

Upcoming Schedule:
Williams Grove 5/12
Lincoln 5/13
