Jared Miley Racing will launch new year at East Bay Raceway Park

PITTSBURGH, PA (January 16, 2017) – Western Pennsylvania’s own Jared Miley will ignite his 2017 season with a trip to the 41st Annual Winternationals, joining the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for six nights of super late model competition at East Bay Raceway Park near Tampa, Florida. “The Jet” will chase a total winner’s share reaching $46,000 over the course of the week, headlined with a $12,000-to-win finale on Saturday, February 18.
“We’ve been bouncing the idea around a lot during the last, several weeks. I think this will be a perfect way to begin our season,” Jared Miley stated. “We have an amazing group of people who believe in us and back our program. They made this Florida idea a possibility. With that said, I’d like to welcome Huey Brothers Trucking to the Jared Miley Racing family. Their help and support will go a long way and we appreciate what they do for us.”
The 41st Annual Winternationals at East Bay Raceway Park will stretch from Monday, February 13, to Saturday, February 18. The six-day campaign will feature an increasing payoff beginning with a $5,000 winner’s share on Monday and Tuesday; $7,000 on Wednesday and Thursday; $10,000 on Friday and $12,000 on Saturday.
“We are heading into the new year better prepared than years past,” Jared Miley said. “We owe that all to our supporters. I’m confident we can make this trip a successful one and hopefully we have the opportunity to return next year. If things go well at East Bay, we’ll most likely visit Bubba Raceway Park on Sunday, February 19, during our trip home. We’re anxious to get started.”
