By Fully Injected Motorsports:

ELIDA, OH (May 15, 2017) – “Mad Max” Stambaugh and Ray Marshall Motorsports will return to Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions competition during the upcoming weekend, set to join “America’s Series” for an Upper Midwest triple-header that will include visits to Kokomo (IN) Speedway, Wilmot (WI) Raceway and Angell Park (WI) Speedway, respectively. For Stambaugh, the weekend may be filled with new experiences, but the goals still remain the same.

“I don’t get too intimidated when traveling to new areas. I enjoy everything about it,” Max Stambaugh explained, pilot of the Ray Marshall Motorsports/Buckeye Machine and Fabricators/Fastenal of Kenton/No. 33M. “Our goal is to be competitive and work for solid finishes every time we back out of the trailer. I think it is pretty cool that we are leading the Rookie of the Year standings. I think if we keep doing what we’ve been doing, we’ll earn that title.”

Stambaugh’s trip to the Upper Midwest will ignite on Friday evening, May 19, with a visit to the Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana. Action will continue on Saturday, May 20, with a stop at the Wilmot Raceway in Wilmot, Wisconsin, followed by a Sunday night trek to the Angell Park Speedway in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. In addition, the Interstate Racing Association (IRA) Outlaw Sprint Series will join the Arctic Cat All Stars during each of the Wisconsin programs.

“Mad Max” Stambaugh will enter the weekend sixth in the Arctic Cat All Star championship standings, earning one top-ten finish on the season, that occurring at Atomic Speedway in early April. Other recent results include finishing fifth at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio, on Saturday, May 13, during unsanctioned, weekly competition.
