FREMONT, Ohio (October 5, 2020) – Certainly no stranger to the historic Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, recording yet another top-ten result during Track Championship Night on October 3, the “Texas Traveler” T.J. Michael will have two final opportunities to repeat success at “The Track That Action Built,” this time attempting to secure back-to-back top-ten results, ultimately a victory, against the All Star Circuit of Champions during Fremont’s Jim and Joanne Ford Classic on Friday and Saturday, October 9-10.

Michael, driver of the Michael Motorsports, Advanced Architectural Stone, Crown Battery, Fremont Fence Company, Pro-Tech Services, Wood Heating and Air Conditioning, Kear’s Speed Shop, Wings Unlimited, Big D’s Pizza, No. 8M sprint car, will chase a total winner’s share equaling $15,000 during the two-day Jim and Joanne Ford Classic; $5,000 on Friday and $10,000 on Saturday. The Plano, Texas-native is a recent top-ten finisher with “America’s Series,” rallying from 24th to finish tenth during the first night of Attica’s annual Ambush over Labor Day weekend.

“Our confidence has certainly grown at Fremont. We’ve been racing there my entire career, but it’s not an easy place to get around. We’re proud of how far we’ve come,” Michael said, who has earned seven top-ten finishes since August 29. “It has been a whole-team effort. There’s nothing we would love to do more than beat the All Stars at Fremont. I think we are more than capable of that accomplishment. I’m excited to get started.”

Included in Michael’s stretch of seven top-ten finishes since August 29, four occurred at Fremont, all highlighted with a fourth-place run on September 12.
