Michael will revisit The Big E for Sprintacular

FREMONT, Ohio (October 4, 2016) – Just two weeks after his first Four Crown Nationals attempt, resulting in a 21st-place finish during main event competition – bettering nearly half of the 37 Arctic Cat All Star entries, the “Texas Traveler” T.J. Michael will return to the World’s Greatest Dirt Track on Saturday evening, October 8, rejoining the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions for the Sprintacular worth $5,000.
“We’ve had some time to regroup, so we used that to our advantage,” T.J. Michael explained. “We had a great showing during our last visit to Eldora Speedway; timed 14th out of 37 and qualified for the main event. We were happy with our results and we plan to outperform those when we return on Saturday. I can’t thank my team, my family, and everyone enough for their help and support in 2016. We’ve been improving each and every weekend. Luckily for us, we get to go back to Eldora and attempt to do one better than last time.”
Michael, a Plano, Texas, native who now resides in Fremont, Ohio, will enter the Eldora Speedway Sprintacular currently seventh in the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions standings, earning seven top-ten feature finishes in 35 A-main starts, also capturing a trio of Harder Charger awards. The pilot of the Advanced Cast Stone, Fremont Fence Company, Kear’s Speed Shop, Shell Shock, Hinchman Suits, Snap-On, Kistler Racing Engines, J&J Auto Racing , MJ Webb Enterprises, Roy Hardin Masonry, Wood Air Conditioning, Pro Tech Service Company, No. 8m entry finished as high as sixth during Arctic Cat All Star competition in 2016; once during action in Quincy, Michigan and once again in Lima, Ohio.

Recent Highlights: Earned a pair of top-ten finishes on June 10/11 with FAST Series and Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions. Michael finished fifth with FAST on Friday, June 10, at Attica Raceway Park, followed by a sixth place finish at Butler Speedway in Butler, Michigan, with Arctic Cat All Stars on Saturday, June 11.
