$20,000 Reward on Saturday, August 29

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Indiana, PA (August 26, 2015) – Gregg Satterlee will make the short trip west from his Indiana, Pennsylvania home to Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway near Imperial this Friday and Saturday, ready to defend his “Pittsburgher 100” title. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned program, new for 2015, will award $20,000 on Saturday night, giving Satterlee even more reason to defend his 2014 victory.

The 2015 edition of the “Pittsburgher 100” weekend begin on Friday evening, August 28, with qualifying time trials and heat race competition for all Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitors. The weekend will continue with the 27th running of the “Pittsburgher 100” main event on Saturday, August 29. A victory on Saturday night would not only benefit Satterlee’s pocket book, but also his credentials; guaranteeing a career-first Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory.

“Always excited to race close to home, especially at an event like the ‘Pittsburgher 100,’” said Gregg Satterlee, “We’ve always had some success at Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania Motor Speedway) so that makes it even more exciting to get back there this weekend. We’ll use our notes and try to work our way up front.”

“The Truth” will enter the weekend coming off of a pair of World of Outlaws Late Model Series starts at the Atomic Speedway near Chillicothe, Ohio. Satterlee, aboard his Satterlee Petroleum Distributors, Keyser Manufacturing, Valvoline, #22, qualified for back-to-back main events with the national travelers on Friday, August 21, and Saturday, August 22, at the Atomic highbanks. The Rochester Mills, Pennsylvania native was scored 23rd on Friday night after retiring from the main event on lap 12. The #22 team would rebound and finish 13th on Saturday.

“Really not the weekend we wanted, but we’ll keep working” said Satterlee, “We ran into some trouble on Friday night, but we were able to rebound for a decent finish on Saturday. We have a few days to regroup before heading to Pittsburgh. Less travel allows us to spend a little more time in the shop and get everything where it needs to be. We’ll have a lot of family and close friends supporting us this weekend…excited to get started.”
