Fremont, Ohio (July 6th, 2015) –  The inaugural visit to Waynesfield, Ohio by the Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title (F.A.S.T.) organization proved to be more than successful, as 30 JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro sprint cars packed the Waynesfield Raceway Park pit area on Saturday evening, July 4th. The F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series co-headlined the 4th Annual ‘Bob Reynolds Memorial’ on Saturday night at the Waynesfield bullring; joining the K&L Ready Mix NRA ‘360’ Sprint Invaders and the UMP Modifieds for a full evening of ‘grass roots’ entertainment.

“It was a great night for our race teams.” said Rich Farmer; F.A.S.T. Series promoter, “We had a great amount of support from the F.A.S.T. drivers and teams; my staff, as well as the Waynesfield Raceway Park staff, appreciates it. Congratulations to Steve Rando on being the first F.A.S.T. ‘305’ winner outside of our normal schedule. Hopefully we can plan more special appearances like this in the future.”

Steve Rando, who entered the evening fourth in the current F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series standings, capitalized on his pole position on Saturday night at Waynesfield Raceway Park and earned the 25-lap main event victory worth $1,000. It was Rando’s first F.A.S.T. victory of the 2015 season and now becomes the sixth different winner during F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series competition this season. Jamie Miller, a fellow one-time winner during F.A.S.T. action in 2015, finished second on July 4th after starting on the inside of the second row. Tyler Street, who started fourth on the evening grid, would improve one position and round out the podium finishers. Bobby Clark improved from the sixth position to finish fourth on Saturday evening, followed by Paul Weaver who started on the outside pole.

Steve Rando will use his recent victory as an extreme momentum boost; continuing his pursuit towards the overall F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series title worth $2,000. The JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro will not return to competition until Friday and Saturday, July 24th & 25th. The series will revisit normal stomping grounds during the two-race weekend; Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio and the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio.
