T.J. Michael back in the top-ten at Fremont; Brad Doty Classic on deck

FREMONT, Ohio (July 9, 2018) – Another FAST Series start at Fremont Speedway resulted in another FAST Series top-ten finish for the “Texas Traveler” T.J. Michael, this time advancing from tenth to finish seventh on Saturday, July 7. Michael launched his evening with the tenth fastest time during qualifying time trials, all before finishing fourth during heat race action.
Michael, driver of the Michael Motorsports/Advanced Cast Stone/Fremont Fence Company/Crown Battery/Kear’s Speed Shop/Hinchman Suits/Big D’s Pizza of Fremont and Clyde/Kistler Racing Engines/Maxim Chassis/Wood Heating & Air Conditioning/Pro Tech Service Company/No. 8M sprint car, has been on a roll the last few weeks, recording finishes inside the top-ten not only during FAST Series action, but also during All Star Circuit of Champions competition.
“We are having a lot of fun. These are exciting times for our team. All we can do now is keep working hard and hopefully the results will keep coming, too,” T.J. Michael explained. “We have a big one circled on our calendar on Tuesday. Hopefully we can represent FAST well and earn a spot in the Brad Doty Classic.”
T.J. Michael will continue his 2018 campaign with a mid-week visit to Attica Raceway Park on Tuesday, July 10, this time joining the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series for the annual Brad Doty Classic. Certainly no stranger to the Attica highbanks, Michael will enter the Brad Doty Classic with a recent podium finish at Attica Raceway Park, finishing second during FAST Series action on June 29.
