FREMONT, Ohio (October 17, 2016) – For the final time of 2016, Plano, Texas, native T.J. Michael will enter Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions competition, officially concluding his rookie campaign on the road with the $20,000-to-win finale at Atomic Speedway near Chillicothe, Ohio. The two-day finale, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, October 21-22, will conclude a near-50 race schedule throughout the East Coast and Midwest, stretching from northern Florida to Upstate New York to central Illinois.

Michael will enter the Arctic Cat All Star season finale currently seventh in the championship standings, highlighted with seven top-ten feature finishes on the season, qualifying for 36 main events since launching his rookie campaign in early February.

“Definitely a bitter-sweet feeling heading into the season finale,” T.J. Michael said. “It’s hard to believe we’ve already finished up our first, full season on the road with the All Stars. We’ve had an awesome experience; learned more and more every time we hit the track. I can’t thank my sponsors, family and team enough for their hard work and effort. Hopefully we conclude our first season with big results at Atomic. We’ll head into the finale like it’s our first race of the season; clear minded and ready to race.”

The “Texas Traveler” will enter the Arctic Cat All Star season finale with one recent start to his credit; finishing 11th after starting on the outside of row 10 during the Trick Or Treat 30 at Millstream Speedway near Findlay, Ohio. The $5,000-to-win program welcomed over 30 entries.

“Not a bad night at Millstream. We didn’t have any All Star races last Saturday, but we wanted to race and try a few things, so we went to Findlay,” Michael explained. “Things definitely improved as the night went on for us. We’ll use what we’ve learned and hopefully be one step closer and even more prepared for Atomic.”
