Western Pennsylvania Tripleheader Next on T.J. Michael’s All Star Campaign

FREMONT, OH (July 26, 2016) – T.J. Michael’s rookie campaign with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions will extend even further during the upcoming weekend with the I-79 Summer Shootout presented by Classic Ink USA; three events scheduled in three days all across Western Pennsylvania.

Michael, a Plano, Texas, native now residing in Fremont, Ohio, will visit Eriez Speedway, Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, and Tri-City Raceway Park during his upcoming adventure, all three being new destinations for the “Texas Traveler.” The weekend tripleheader will ignite Friday, July 29, at Eriez Speedway, followed by trips to Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Saturday, July 30, and Tri-City Raceway Park on Sunday, July 31.

“We’ve been all over the place so far this year. The upcoming Western Pennsylvania road trip will increase our new track list to 18, “Michael said. “We’ll keep doing what we’ve been doing and work to improve during every start. During recent Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions competition, T.J. Michael visited the Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana, for the inaugural Dirt Classic Indiana. The two-day program, awarding $5,000 on Friday, July 22, and $12,500 on Saturday, July 23, proved to be a great experience for the “Texas Traveler.” Michael qualified for each of the weekend’s main events, finishing as high as 13th during the Dirt Classic Indiana finale after starting 21st. It was Michael’s first ever visit to “Indiana’s Baddest Bullring.”

T.J. Michael, pilot of the Advanced Cast Stone, Fremont Fence Company, Kear’s Speed Shop, Shell Shock, Hinchman Suits, Snap-On, Kistler Racing Engines, Maxim Race Cars, MJ Webb Enterprises, No. 8M, is currently seventh in the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions standings, earning four top-ten finishes and 26 main event starts.

Recent Highlights: Earned a pair of top-ten finishes on June 10/11 with FAST Series and Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions. Michael finished fifth with FAST on Friday, June 10, at Attica Raceway Park, followed by a sixth place finish at Butler Speedway in Butler, Michigan, with Arctic Cat All Stars on Saturday, June 11.
