Whittall scores pair of top-tens in Posse Country

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

VINCENTOWN, N.J. (October 15, 2018) – Recent 360 sprint car graduate and New Jersey native, Justin Whittall, made the most of his weekend in Central Pennsylvania and entered three events in three days, joining the ultra-competitive Pennsylvania Posse during starts at Port Royal Speedway, Lincoln Speedway and Selinsgrove Speedway on Friday through Sunday, October 12-14. Although long, the extended weekend ended on a positive note for the former United Racing Club (URC) competitor, finishing 14th, tenth and seventh, respectively.

“That was a lot of fun. This is one of the main reasons we wanted to jump to 410 racing full-time,” Justin Whittall said of his busy weekend in Pennsylvania. “In Pennsylvania, you have so many opportunities to race. The Central Pennsylvania schedule is massive and it gives us chances to race upwards of three times a weekend, every weekend. That’s the only way we are going to get better. I’m having a lot of fun and I owe it all to my family and all of my supporters.”

Justin Whittall, now with top-ten finishes in the 360 ranks, as well as the 410 ranks in 2018, will return to the Port Royal Speedway ‘Speed Palace’ on Saturday, October 20, for Open Wheel Madness III featuring a $4,000-to-win sprint car program.

Whittall has earned his fair share of success at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile in 2018, nearly winning a 410 sprint car event in early August before fading late to finish fourth.

“We enjoy racing at Port Royal Speedway,” Whittall continued. “It’s a premier facility.”
