Team Fully Injected’s, Scott Priester, will look to duplicate positive finishes from last weekend after scoring a top 10 finish at both Lernerville Speedway and Mercer Raceway Park.

Indiana Sprint Week continues to roll around the state of Indiana in exciting fashion; bringing huge crowds and large car counts. Chris Windom was the winner of round #4 at Terre Haute Action Track in Terre Haute, Indiana on Wednesday evening. The Illinois native not only extended his Indiana Sprint Week point lead with the 30 lap victory on Wednesday night, but it also allowed him to maintain a solid 2nd place in the current USAC National Sprint Car Series standings.

Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana not only played host to the Indiana Sprint Week series round #5 this evening- but it also welcomed a new face to USAC victory lane. Casey Riggs, a Shelbyville, Indiana native, scored his first career USAC sprint car victory tonight by taking the lead on lap 17 and never looking back. He would lead the remainder of the 1/4 mile  dirt oval contest; holding off multiple time USAC National Champion, Levi Jones, Brady Short, Tracy Hines, and Bobby East. Chris Windom, the current ISW points leader, finished 14th; which still allowed him to maintain his top spot in Indiana Sprint Week points.

Tomorrow night, the series heads to Bloomington Speedway in Bloomington, Indiana to kick off night number 6. I, on the other hand, will be traveling west to the Eldora Speeway in Rossburg, Ohio for night number 1 of the Kings Royal; formally known as “The Knight Before the Kings Royal.”
