JONESTOWN, Pa. (July 8, 2019) – Brock Zearfoss’ recent stretch of competition not only included action with the All Star Circuit of Champions, which he competes with full-time, but also the Pennsylvania Posse, mixing-in Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek appearances with All Star starts throughout the last ten days.

Despite the hectic travel schedule with very little downtime, Zearfoss made the most of the experience, ending his recent stretch with four top-ten appearances; two against the All Star Circuit of Champions and two against the Pennsylvania Posse.

Zearfoss, driver of the Premier Motorsports/Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill/Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc./BAPS Auto Paint & Supply/Meckley’s Limestone Products/Berkebile Oil Company/River City Wood Products/No. 70 sprint car, highlighted all starts with a runner-up performance during Sharon Speedway’s annual Lou Blaney Memorial on Saturday, July 6. The ‘Jonestown Jet’ kicked-off his evening at Sharon Speedway with a heat race victory.

As mentioned, the All Star Circuit of Champions result at Sharon Speedway was one of two top-ten finishes during the last two weekends with Zearfoss’ first occurring at the Dirt Oval at Route 66 in Joliet, Ill., on Saturday, June 29; a sixth place finish after starting fifth on the grid.

Although troubled with periods of bad luck, Zearfoss highlighted all Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek starts with a fourth place performance at Selinsgrove Speedway on Sunday, June 30, also scoring a sixth place outcome during Speedweek’s first visit to the Port Royal Speedway ‘Speed Palace’ on Wednesday, July 3. Impressive enough, Zearfoss was forced to rally from 12th to earn his top-five at Selinsgrove.

“What a week. It may take us a few extra days to recover from all of this, but this is what we live for. We enjoy every minute of it,” Brock Zearfoss explained, who is currently fifth in the All Star Circuit of Champions driver standings. “I can’t thank my team enough for their hard work over the last two weeks. What we did certainly wasn’t easy. Luckily for us, we had the chance to work out of our own shop a few days while traveling through Central PA. We are ready to get back on the All Star trail this weekend.”

Up next on the agenda, Brock Zearfoss and Premier Motorsports will hit the road and head for New York, ready to rejoin the All Star Circuit of Champions for three days of action on Thursday through Sunday, July 12-14. Zearfoss and the All Stars will invade Utica-Rome Speedway, Orange County Fair Speedway and Lebanon Valley Speedway, respectively.
