BENTON RIDGE, Ohio (April 3, 2024) – It was a tough start to the season for Greg Wilson and Greg Wilson Racing, but despite an opening night hiccup that ultimately led to the Benton Ridge, Ohio, native missing main event action at Attica Raceway Park, the former two-time All Star champion is focused and ready to continue, already aiming big in an upcoming Ohio doubleheader on Friday and Saturday, April 5-6.
Wilson, ace of his own Hercules Tires, Ohio Logistics Warehousing & Transportation, DNC Hydraulics, No. W20 sprint car, will activate his April slate with a return visit to Attica on Friday, followed by a stop at one of two potential destinations on Saturday – Fremont Speedway or Atomic Speedway. A decision will be made later in the week.
“Not exactly the way we wanted our year to open, but I’d rather get those situations out of the way early,” Wilson explained. “We don’t have Saturday narrowed down yet, but it’s either Fremont or Atomic. It’s going to depend on where we are with getting this other car put together. We’ll probably make a decision late Thursday or Friday.
