VINCENTOWN, N.J. (November 11, 2024) – It was an exciting week for Vincentown, New Jersey’s Justin Whittall, not only continuing his 2024 campaign with four days of action at the World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, but the Garden State wheelman simultaneously unveiled his “off-season” plans to head Down Under, set to join Rob Hair for a full stint in Australia beginning in mid-December. Whittall, a three-time winner in 2024 including a recent five-figure payday at Bridgeport Motorsports Park, will kick-off his Australian campaign with Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series Speedweek action at Perth Motorplex on December 26.
“This is exciting and I can’t wait to get started,” Justin Whittall expressed. “Just can’t thank Rob Hair enough for the opportunity. Getting to race throughout the winter in Australia will not only give me the opportunity to experience a whole new atmosphere within the sport, but it will give me the chance to stay sharp before the new season begins back home. It’s going to be an exciting next few months.”
Although Whittall has plenty to look forward to, there’s still work to be done in the States, set to close-out his 2024 United States campaign with a return visit to BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, November 16. As his World Finals trek, Whittall will pilot John and Kelly Stehman’s No. 23 in BAPS’ season-ending program.
As noted, Whittall’s most recent stint for Stehman Motorsports took shape at the World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte on November 6-9. Of the three main events contested, Whittall qualified for two, finishing 20th and 21st on Thursday and Friday, respectively.
