Chase Dietz Continues to Battle Through Tough Start to 2015
Back to Lincoln Speedway on April 18th

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

York, PA (April 14th, 2015) – “Just another tough weekend” said Chase Dietz, “It was disappointing.”

Tough luck continues to follow Chase Dietz as his 2015 campaign moves into the second half of April. Unfortunately, the York, Pennsylvania native would suffer from back-to-back ‘DNF’ finishes last Friday and Saturday, April 10th & 11th at the Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway; the result of mechanical failure and ‘tough luck.’ Dietz, who pilots the Troy Godfrey owned no. 5 ‘358’ sprint car during select shows at Williams Grove Speedway, and the Scott Gobrecht owned no. 44 ‘410’ sprint car at Lincoln Speedway, hopes to turn his luck around this Saturday night when he returns to Lincoln Speedway for another regular program.

“We’ll battle through it…it’s a part of the game” said Chase Dietz, “We had our power steering pump fail in the ‘358’ at Williams Grove Speedway last Friday and that parked us for the rest of the night…on Saturday in the ‘410,’ we started tenth in our heat and raced hard to sixth which put us in the show…we started sixteenth but ended up getting into the wall on lap four…I had to pull in after that and couldn’t finish the race…it was a disappointing weekend but we’ll keep our heads up and move forward…I’ll be back in the Gobrecht owned ‘44’ this Saturday at Lincoln…he gave me a great opportunity this year…its been tough building momentum…we’ll get it going soon.”

On a positive note, Brenneman Painting of Hanover, Pennsylvania was last Friday’s charity sponsor on the Troy Godfrey owned ‘358’ sprint car at Williams Grove Speedway; putting forth a donation towards the Central PA Food Bank. During every ‘358’ event that Chase Dietz and Troy Godfrey enter in 2015 at Williams Grove Speedway, they will donate a portion of their earnings towards a local charity, while inviting a sponsor to match their donation. In exchange for their donation, their company logo will be placed on the car. Dietz will donate during his entire 2015 campaign.

“I want to thank Brenneman Painting of Hanover” said Dietz, “They came on board last Friday at Williams Grove Speedway and helped us donate money towards the Central PA Food Bank…we hope to do this every time we race the ‘358’…anyone who would like to be a part of this and match our donations, please contact me at any time.”

Up next on the schedule, Chase Dietz and the Scott Gobrecht ‘44’ team will enter competition at the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania this Saturday evening, April 18th.
