Sarver, PA (May 24th, 2014) – Danny Holtgraver launched his busy Memorial Day weekend with a victory at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday night, May 23rd. The ‘Fab Four’ feature triumph was win number three (3) for Holtgraver in 2014. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native charged forward from the tenth (10th) starting position to secure the 25-lap main event win; holding off charges by Jack Sodeman Jr. (2nd) and Brandon Matus (3rd) in the process. Holtgraver, who pilots the Hunter Racing, Berlin Natural Bakery, Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks, Bonnell’s Rod Shop, Alternative Power Sources, WestView Motors, DKW Transport, no. 10H ‘410’ sprinter, now has two (2) ‘Fab Four’ victories at the Lernerville Speedway in 2014; with the first taking place back on Friday night, April 18th.
The Hunter Racing ‘10H’ team will resume their 2014 UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions campaign today and tomorrow at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. The UNOH All Stars will headline two complete shows this Saturday and Sunday, May 24th & 25th at the Fremont oval; capped off with a $10,000-To-Win finale on Sunday, May 25th. Danny Holtgraver will enter the upcoming UNOH All Star ‘National/Ohio Region’ weekend third (3rd) in the current UNOH All Star ‘National’ standings, and fifth (5th) in the current ‘Ohio Region’ standings. The visit to Fremont will also give Holtgraver another opportunity to earn his first UNOH All Star win of the 2014 season.
Holtgraver’s Memorial Day weekend will come to a close on Monday evening, May 26th when he visits the Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Holtgraver will join the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series for a Memorial Day special on May 26th; looking to earn a career-first World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series victory. ‘The Greatest Show on Dirt’ will only spend one night at the Lawrenceburg facility before heading north to Attica, Ohio on Friday, May 30th. Holtgraver visited Lawrenceburg Speedway with the ‘Outlaws’ during the 2013 season; recording a fifteenth (15th) place finish during feature action.
