Lee Jacobs wires $5,000-to-win All Star Sprint Feature presented by Turner’s Premium Iced Tea
Dan Angelicchio and Adam Hilton take the checkers in RUSH Action

Sarver, PA (May 9, 2014) Despite a questionable forecast and mid-program drizzle, the All Star Sprints, RUSH Late Models and RUSH Sportsman Modifieds completed an action packed program with Lee Jacobs, Dan Angelicchio and Adam Hilton standing victorious in Sheetz Victory Lane. Lee Jacobs took advantage of starting from the outside pole to take the lead at the drop of the green flag. A handful of cautions and heavy lapped traffic in long stretches of green flag actions tested the mettle of Jacobs; son of All Time Sprint Great Kenny Jacobs. The Wild Child Jac Haudenschild once again lived up to his moniker by thrilling the crowd with slide jobs under and big runs off the top of turn four past polesitter Cole Duncan. Haudenschild and Duncan battled for second for much of the race, which allowed Jacobs to runaway virtually unchallenged for his first career Lernerville feature win. 2010 Track Champion Danny Holtgraver snookered Duncan late in the race for third. Former Track Champion and Multiple Time All Star Champion Dale Blaney also passed Duncan late for fourth which relegated Duncan to fifth. Dan Angelicchio stayed ahead of some chaotic incidents mid-pack to score his first career Lernerville feature win in the RUSH Late Model Series, while Adam Hilton of Buffalo, NY scored the feature win in the debut of the RUSH Sportsman Modified Series at the Action Track.
