Rochester Mills, PA (April 25th, 2013) – After finishing a season-high fifth (5th) place with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series last Saturday evening, April 20th, at the Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland; Western Pennsylvania’s Gregg Satterlee will be ‘up on the wheel’ once again this Friday and Saturday against a full roster of Middle-Atlantic super late model talent. Satterlee will spend his last weekend of April participating in two separate Three State Flyers Super Late Model Series events; beginning this Friday, April 26th, at the Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Virginia. The pilot of the Gregg Satterlee Racing, Satterlee Petroleum Distributors, East American Motorsports, JnJ Motorsports Media, no. 22 super late model will then round out his upcoming weekend of Three State Flyers competition at the Potomac Speedway in Budds Creek, Maryland on Saturday, April 27th. Being a former winner at the Winchester Speedway, and a former front-runner at the Potomac Speedway before suffering from mechanical failure; Satterlee feels rather confident about what the upcoming weekend may have in store. Each event will be highlighted with a 35-lap, $3,000-to-win main event for the super late models (with Saturday’s program awarding $3,022).

Gregg Satterlee will roll into Winchester Speedway this Friday evening sitting sixth (6th) in the current Three State Flyers Super Late Model Series standings. Only two events of the series’ 2013 schedule have been contested; with Satterlee earning a seventeenth (17th) place finish and a runner-up finish, respectively. The runner-up finish during Three State Flyers competition came back on March 30th at the Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland. Satterlee, who is the defending Three State Flyers Super Late Model Series champion, will look to capture two consecutive wins with the series this weekend to help bring some ‘life’ back into his 2013 point race. The Rochester Mills, Pennsylvania native still remains winless during his overall 2013 campaign; but has earned two (2) top five and three (3) top ten finishes, respectively. For more information on the upcoming April 26th and April 27th Three State Flyers events at Winchester and Potomac, please visit the series online at www.threestateflyers.com.

Gregg Satterlee’s early May racing schedule is filled with possibilities. On Friday and Saturday, May 3rd & 4th, the driver of the familiar ‘black’ n blue’ double-deuce has plans venture back into the heart of north-central Virginia for events at the Eastside Speedway (VA) and Winchester Speedway (VA). Friday night’s event at the Eastside Speedway in Waynesboro, Virginia will consist of another round of Three State Flyers Super Late Model Series competition; with Saturday night’s event at the Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Virginia consisting of a non-sanctioned, 35-lap, $3,000-to-win super late model event in honor of Lee Stultz. The Gregg Satterlee Racing ‘22’ program, lead by veteran Crew Chief, Robbie Allen, also discussed the idea of heading west on May 3rd & 4th to the Southern Ohio Speedway in Wheelersburg, Ohio for the $12,000-to-win ‘Southern 100.’ The ‘18th Annual Southern 100’ program will consist of two complete shows for the super late models; with the Friday night, May 3rd program featuring a $4,000-to-win ‘Southern 100’ qualifier. The $12,000-to-win ‘Southern 100’ main event will be held on Saturday, May 4th. For more information, please visit Southern Ohio Speedway’s official online home at www.southernohiospeedway.com.
