N. Jackson, OH (May 8th, 2013) – Jack Sodeman Jr. of North Jackson, Ohio will have an opportunity to earn a career-first UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions victory this weekend in Western Pennsylvania. The UNOH All Stars will be making their first Western Pennsylvania swing of the 2013 season this Friday and Saturday, May 10th & 11th; visiting the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, before paying a visit to the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania on Saturday. Jack Sodeman Jr., who pilots the Rudzik Racing, Rudzik Excavating, Economy Tooling no. 94 ‘410’ sprint car, is a former multi-time winner at both Western Pennsylvania ovals; giving the Ohio native a legit shot at making history this weekend. Jack Sodeman Jr.’s most recent ‘410’ sprint car victory was in fact at the Lernerville Speedway earlier this year; occurring during the speedway’s opening night of ‘Fab Four’ competition.

The UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions will kick off their Western Pennsylvania swing this weekend with a stop at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday, May 10th. Jack Sodeman Jr. has earned multiple victories at the Sarver 4/10’s mile oval, but none during UNOH All Star competition. The recent Lernerville Speedway winner currently sits second (2nd) in the Lernerville Speedway ‘410’ driver standings; on the strength of one victory so far in 2013. Friday night’s UNOH All Star event will act as Jack Sodeman Jr.’s first appearance with the series since leaving the tour in late April. Issues with UNOH All Star management forced the pilot of the Rudzik Racing ‘94’ to leave the tour. Maybe a win is just what Sodeman Jr. needs to help put out the fire. The Lernerville program will be highlighted with a $5,000-to-win main event for the ‘410’ sprinters. For more information, please visit the speedway online at www.lernerville.com.

Jack Sodeman Jr. will continue his weekend with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions on Saturday evening, May 11th, with an appearance at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. The $5,000-to-win, UNOH All Star ‘410’ program at the Mercer 3/8’s mile oval will end the series’ Western Pennsylvania weekend swing. Like Lernerville Speedway, Jack Sodeman Jr. is a former winner at the Mercer Raceway Park. The former Sharon Speedway ‘410’ sprint car track champion has been ultra-consistent at the Mercer Raceway Park already in 2013; finishing fourth (4th) and fifth (5th), respectively, during his first two starts at the speedway in 2013. Sodeman Jr. will battle head-to-head with former travel mates this weekend including Tim Shaffer, Cap Henry, Danny Holtgraver, Caleb Helms, and current UNOH All Star point leader, Dale Blaney. If things go according to plan, Jack Sodeman Jr. will leave Mercer Raceway Park on Saturday evening $5,000 richer.
