The All-Star Circuit of Champions will be heading to the Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida this weekend for three full nights of sprint car action. “America’s Series” lead by current point leader, Daryn Pittman, will host racing this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday – February 23, 24, and 25 – at the former Ocala Speedway! The events will showcase some of the best sprint car talent in the country – as all of the top names in 410 sprint car racing are set to be a part of the Bubba Winter Nationals weekend!
Team Fully Injected standouts – Danny Holtgraver and Brandon Matus – will each hit the dirt for the first time in 2012 this weekend at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida. They are set to take on such names as Daryn Pittman, Jason Sides, Tim Shaffer, David Gravel, Dale Blaney, and Danny Lasoski. Holtgraver and Matus each had their own share of success in 2011 – and look to get a jump-start on 2012 this weekend in Florida!
Danny Holtgraver spent much of his 2011 season on the road with the All-Star Circuit of Champions. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native finished inside the top five of the All-Star ‘Ohio Region’ ranks last year, and will look to improve on that status in 2012. Holtgraver earned wins at a few different Western Pennsylvania facilities in 2011 including Lernerville, Mercer, and Pittsburgh; as well as accumulated enough points to finish third in the final Ohio Sprint Speedweek standings!
Western Pennsylvania rising star -Brandon Matus- earned his first career sprint car victory this past summer at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Matus has since decided to extend his goals for the upcoming season and hit the road as much as possible. The Wampum native will be traveling with the All-Stars as often as he can; hoping to pilot his familiar white and red number 13 to an ‘Ohio Region’ victory!
