Fully Injected’s central PA sprint car representative, Cory Haas, would finish 20th in the Williams Grove Speedway ‘National Open’ A-Main. This would be Haas’ second consecutive World of Outlaws A-main start at Williams Grove. The York, Pennsylvania native timed in at 27th fastest of the 53 qualifiers; which put him in the third row of his qualifying heat race. Haas would transfer to the main event by way of finishing 4th in his respective heat race.

Danny Holtgraver would finish 10th in last night’s World of Outlaws B-main at Williams Grove. The Pittsburgh native timed outside the inversion, setting a negative tone for the rest of the evening. He, along with Cory Haas, will be back in action tonight at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, for the Hank Gentzler Memorial.

The Fully Injected ‘Late Model Division’ had a very productive evening in Southwest Pennsylvania; with Jared Miley and Gregg Satterlee each finishing inside the top 5 at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex for the 36 lap, UFO ‘ROAR’ opener worth $2,000. Jared Miley would lead most of the feature event before finishing 2nd to Jason Covert – while Gregg Satterlee charged from a 16th starting position to finish 4th. They both will be back in action tonight for the $5,000 to win, ‘ROAR’ – UFO Finale!

Side Notes…

Jason Meyers has now won three consecutive World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series feature events. The Clovis, California native, took the lead from Daryn Pittman and held on to capture the $50,000 ‘Williams Grove National Open.’ Pittman would hold on for second; while Steve Kinser, Justin Henderson, and Tim Shaffer, rounded out the top 5.There were over 50 cars in competition.

Kyle Larson took night no. 2 of the USAC Gold Crown Midget Nationals worth $3,000 at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, Illinois. There were 55 USAC Midgets signed in for the event. Tonight will be the $10,000 to win finale.
