Holtgraver’s 2016 All Star season ends Friday and Saturday at Atomic Speedway

PITTSBURGH (October 18, 2016) – “Downtown” Danny Holtgraver will conclude his 2016 season on the road with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions with one last scheduled stop, this time visiting the Atomic Speedway near Chillicothe, Ohio.
The Arctic Cat All Star championship finale, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, October 21-22, will headline competition at the Chillicothe high-banks, awarding a $20,000 top prize on Saturday evening, October 22. Preliminary competition will begin on Friday evening, October 21, with qualifying time trials and heat race competition.
“It’s pretty wild to think that our season is coming to a close,” Holtgraver explained. “I can’t thank everyone enough for the opportunity in 2016. Pete Grove gave me the chance to do what I love and I am more than thankful for that opportunity. Cody Jacobs, my dad, Mike; they all busted their butts all season. We had some big wins this year and I owe them all to those guys. Hopefully we can end the season on a big note and snag $20,000.”
Danny Holtgraver will enter the Arctic Cat All Star season finale currently sixth in the championship standings on the strength of 12 top-five finishes and three victories, one of which during Lou Blaney Memorial competition at the Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio. The Lou Blaney Memorial victory was worth $10,000; his highest payday of the year. “Downtown” also owns victories at the Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana, as well as at the Wilmot Raceway in Wilmot, Wisconsin; each awarding $5,000.
Recent results for Danny Holtgraver and Pete Grove’s Premier Motorsports, Linc Systems, Olympic Forest Products, Lutes Custom Cabinetry, Premier Pallet, Bonnell’s Rod Shop, Alternative Power Sources, Westview Motors, DKW Transport, No. 70 entry include finishing 15th during World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series competition at the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace” in Port Royal, Pennsylvania.
