Jared Miley Will Challenge the Best of the Best During Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway,
Enters prestigious event with four victories in 2016

PITTSBURGH (June 20, 2016) – After nearly winning the 2015 edition of the Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway, leading the first 63 circuits before crossing under the final checkers third in the running order, “The Jet” Jared Miley will return to the Sarver, Pennsylvania, oval this Thursday through Saturday, June 23-25, in search of a first ever World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series main event victory, as well as a career high payday.
Miley, pilot of the familiar Jared Miley Racing, Jay’s Auto Wrecking, Sprague Farm & Brew Works, Keystone Alliance Insurance Services,LLC of Spring City, Maloney’s Classic Cars of Meadville, Junior’s Cores & Recycling, Colussy Chevrolet, Octane Graphix, Brougher’s Machine Shop, Ireland’s Bait Shop of Elk County, No. H1, will enter the Firecracker 100 weekend with four main event victories under his belt thus far in 2016, the latest at Dog Hollow Speedway on Friday night, June 17, worth $4,000.
“We’ve been waiting for this since last year. We were so close,” explained Jared Miley. “We’ve really stepped up our program the last few months. This team gathered a lot of great supporters and they’ve really helped us prepare for big events like the Firecracker 100. We’ll head into the weekend with a positive mindframe and a lot of momentum. We’re ready to get started.”
The 10th annual Firecracker 100 presented by Gottarace.com, featuring the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series, will ignite officially with preliminary action on Thursday and Friday, June 23-24, complete with back-to-back programs awarding $6,000. The 100-lap, $30,000-to-win, Firecracker 100 finale will take shape on Saturday evening, June 25.
“From what I’ve noticed, the competition level will be at an all-time high during this year’s Firecracker 100,” Miley said, former Lernerville Speedway track champion. “That makes things more exciting for us. I think our team has the potential to make a lot of noise during the entire weekend. We’ll have a large fan group with us, as well as a large group of sponsor supporters. Having all of that support on site will hype up our atmosphere. As long as the weather doesn’t give us any problems, we should have a fantastic weekend at Lernerville.”
Jared Miley will enter the weekend with four victories in 2016, all four occurring at different dirt ovals across Pennsylvania. Tracks on Miley’s current win list include Marion Center Speedway, Dog Hollow Speedway, Hesston Speedway, and Lernerville Speedway.
