VINCENTOWN, N.J. (July 27, 2020) – Justin Whittall and JW Motorsports checked off another mark in the top-five column during the recent weekend, this time during action at Selinsgrove Speedway in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, July 25.

Forced to do things the hard way, Whittall, driver of the JW Motorsports/Brotherton Brewing Company/Beechwood Landscape Architecture and Construction LLC/Pioneer Auto Body/Mid-Atlantic Transport/Worldwide Bearings/FK Rod Ends/Stilo Helmets/JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry/Keizer Aluminum Wheels/Enterprise/Ground Blind Boys/No. 67 sprint car, rallied from outside of the top-ten to secure his place within the top-five, eventually climbing from 11th to finish fifth in 25 circuits.

The fifth-place outcome was Whittall’s second top-five of the 2020 season, nearly matching his third-place performance during Port Royal Speedway’s Open Wheel Madness program on Saturday, June 20.

“It felt good to put together a solid night at Selinsgrove,” Justin Whittall explained. “Our Speedweek wasn’t the best, so we needed to find a way to rebound and this was a great way to do it. I can’t thank my family, my team, and of course, all of my partners enough for supporting my season and keeping me motivated. We have a lot of potential and results like these show that. We want to keep this going.”

Justin Whittall will continue his 2020 campaign with a return to the Port Royal Speedway ‘Speed Palace’ on Saturday, August 1. The annual Living Legends Dream Race will award a $10,000 top prize.
