Team Fully Injected’s Danny Holtgraver finished ninth last night at the Williams Grove Speedway “Opener” in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania! The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native finished 2nd in his respective heat race; crossing the checkers just behind Stevie Smith, while also holding off Brian Montieth. Holtgraver held on to the 10th position for much of the non-stop 25 lap main event – but was able to pass Chad Layton in the final corner to secure the ninth place finish. Former ‘358’ sprint car track champion at Williams Grove Speedway and Fully Injected teammate, Cory Haas, finished 19th at the Grove “Opener” on 3/23/12. Haas was forced to run a consolation B-main during the evening’s program; he was unable to transfer into the night’s feature event through his respective heat race. He would start near the back of the A-main and salvage a 19th place finish when the final checkers flew – Rich Rarer Photo
