Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native, Danny Holtgraver, made the trip west to Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio for their ‘opening’ night of 410 sprint car competition. The former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion finished 6th in the main event; but had to do so the hard way. After failing to transfer through his respective heat race, the Bryan Grove Motorsports no. 45 would have to settle for a B-main appearance. Holtgraver would earn a transfer spot on the final lap of the consolation B-main – putting the no. 45 on the outside of row number ten for the main event. He would charge 14 positions to finish 6th in the 30 lap contest!

Northwestern Ohio’s Travis Philo had a rough night at Attica Raceway Park during opening night of competition. The Fully Injected teammate would have engine trouble during his respective heat race, forcing the 5T to go pitside and not finish the event. He would start 16th in the non-stop consolation B-main and rally to finish 9th – short of a transfer spot. He will try again next week!
