410 sprints, super late models and 305 sprints race as track welcomes Len Krautheim Auto Sales and Jakes Golf Carts as sponsors

Port Royal – As its season opener, Port Royal Speedway will present a three-division program of Aumiller’s Associates 410 sprints, Jakes Golf Carts super late models and River Valley Builders 305 sprints this Saturday, April 5 at 5 PM.

The sprint cars will race for $3,300 to win in the 25-lap opening day main event on Saturday.

Lineups for all divisions will be set by draw with an inversion used to start the main events.

The rescheduled season lidlifter now coincides with $1 Hot Dog Night and the first Camera and Autograph Night of the year, offering free admission to the pit area for general admission ticket holders from the time gates open until approximately 4 PM.

Free schedule magnets courtesy of Juniata Beverage will also be given to the first 600 fans entering the stands for the opener.

General admission gates will open at 3 PM with Adult General Admission priced at just $15 with students ages 12 – 18 JUST $5.

In addition to the slated three divisions of competition, a practice session ONLY will be included for the 355-econo late models.

Port Royal speedway will return to action on April 12 with Race To Cure Cancer Night when .50 cents from every general admission ticket sold will go to the American Cancer Society.

On track action will include the 410 sprints, super late models and the 355-econo late models.
