T.J. Michael returns to Arctic Cat All Star competition on Saturday at Atomic Speedway

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

FREMONT, OH (April 4, 2017) – For the first time since mid-February, the “Texas Traveler” T.J. Michael will return to Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions competition, continuing his second, full season with “America’s Series” aboard the Michael Motorsports/Advanced Cast Stone/Fremont Fence Company/Kear’s Speed Shop/Shell Shock/Hinchman Suits/Big D’s Pizza of Fremont and Clyde/Crown Battery/Kistler Racing Engines/J&J Auto Racing/MJ Webb Enterprises/Roy Hardin Masonry/Wood Heating & Air Conditioning/No. 8M.

The Arctic Cat All Stars will launch their April schedule at the Atomic Speedway near Chillicothe, Ohio, on Saturday, April 8; the first of six programs for the Series during the month of April, and the first of four, full programs at the Atomic highbanks in 2017.

“We’re definitely ready to get back to work,” T.J. Michael explained, a Plano, Texas, native who resides in Fremont, Ohio, during the racing season. “It was nice to have a few weeks off after Florida to get our race team back in order, but now we are ready to get going again and hit the busy season. We have a lot of goals in mind for 2017, one of which getting our first-ever All Star win. I think we have what it takes to accomplish all of our goals. We’ll start working towards that on Saturday.”

Michael will enter the upcoming Atomic Speedway program with one recent start to his credit outside of Arctic Cat All Star competition, finishing ninth during the Attica Raceway Park season opener on Friday, March 24.

“Although we made a handful of starts in Florida, this Saturday is our own version of the beginning of the All Star season,” Michael explained. “Florida didn’t go so well for us. We had a few things happen, mostly mechanical, that kept us from building any momentum. With that said, we are putting all of that behind us and starting fresh on Saturday at Atomic Speedway. We had a great run at Attica a few weeks back, so we’ll try to use that to our advantage and head to Chillicothe with a positive attitude.”
