The defending All-Star Circuit of Champions ‘National Champion’, Tim Shaffer, grabbed his second All-Star regional title of the year this weekend at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. The western PA native wrapped up his ‘Ohio Region’ All-Star championship last night by finishing inside the top 10 at Eldora Speedway. The 2011 Lernerville Speedway ‘Silver Cup’ Champion already claimed the All-Star ‘Great Plains’ regional title in 2011; and will now continue on, in determination, to try and claim the ‘East Region’ title, and overall, All-Star Circuit of Champions ‘National Championship.’
