SHREVE, Ohio (August 13, 2019) – ‘T-Rev’ Trevor Baker was away from competition for nearly a month during the midpoint of his 2019 season, and although the absence was long, the Shreve, Ohio-native did not lose his touch, eventually battling to a top-ten performance during action at Wayne County Speedway on Saturday, August 10; his second start since returning to action.

Baker, driver of the T-Rev Performances/Baker’s Mobile Home Transport/Exodus Cycle/Coblentz Trucking/No. 45 sprint car, finished sixth during his start at ‘Orrville’s Historic Oval,’ kicking things off with a third place finish during heat race action.

“We had plans to maybe go elsewhere last weekend, but things didn’t really work out so we made the short trip to Wayne County,” Baker explained, who owns one career victory at Wayne County Speedway. “We’ve been trying to get back into the swing of things. There are a lot of big races coming up this fall so we want to be prepared.”

Trevor Baker’s upcoming plans remain uncertain. If anything, Baker will return to action at Wayne County Speedway on Saturday, August 17. An Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association (OVSCA) program is on the agenda.
