The ‘World Finals’ Will Feature Two Complete World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series Programs

Pittsburgh, PA (November 4th, 2013) – Since earning the $3,000 ‘Steel City Stampede’ victory at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania back on Saturday evening, October 26th; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native Danny Holtgraver has wasted no time, and continues to prepare for this weekend’s ‘World Finals’ at The Dirt Track at Charlotte near Charlotte, North Carolina. Holtgraver, who will pilot the Bryan Grove and Rob Hunter owned, Berlin Natural Bakery/Canton Erectors sponsored, no. 45 ‘410’ sprint car at the ‘World Finals,’ will go head-to-head against some of the nation’s most premiere sprint car teams this weekend in North Carolina; all vying for an opportunity to stand on top of the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series podium. The ‘World Finals’ will take shape this Thursday, Friday and Saturday; November 7th, 8th and 9th; featuring two complete, 30-lap programs for the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series. Danny Holtgraver has yet to earn a career-first World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series victory, but will get two (2) opportunities to do so this weekend at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. The former Lernerville Speedway sprint car track champion, who also recently wrapped-up his 2013 UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions campaign with a third (3rd) place finish in the final ‘National’ touring standings, has earned nine (9) total wins thus far in 2013. Oklahoma’s Daryn Pittman leads the World of Outlaws charge into The Dirt Track at Charlotte as the current World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series point leader.
World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series ‘World Finals’ action will kick-off this weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday evening, November 7th with two rounds of qualifying time trials for the ‘410’ sprint cars; with the first session counting towards Friday’s program, and the second session counting towards Saturday’s program. Friday and Saturday, November 8th and 9th will each feature a full World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series program; complete with a 30-lap main event. The Super Dirt Series big block modifieds, and the World of Outlaws Late Model Series super late models, will also be on the weekend card. Danny Holtgraver, who traveled full-time with the UNOH All Stars in 2013, will enter the ‘World Finals’ gates at The Dirt Track at Charlotte on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 7th, 8th & 9th with three (3) UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions victories under his belt this season. Holtgraver found victory lane during UNOH All Star competition once this season at the I-77 Raceway Park in Ripley, West Virginia; and twice at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Interestingly enough, Holtgraver is five-for-five during feature action at the Mercer 3/8’s mile oval in 2013; winning all five (5) events he participated in. During recent ‘410’ sprint car competition, Danny Holtgraver picked up a victory at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania back on Saturday evening, October 26th. The ‘Steel City Stampede’ win was worth $3,000.
