North Jackson, OH (June 13, 2013) – A pair of Western Pennsylvania ‘410’ sprint car events await Jack Sodeman Jr. and the Rudzik Racing no. 94 team this Friday and Saturday, June 14th & 15th. Sodeman Jr., who pilots the Rudzik Racing, Rudzik Excavating, Economy Tooling, no. 94 ‘410’ sprint car full-time in 2013, plans to make appearances at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania, as well as the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania this weekend; both holding extreme value and importance to the North Jackson, Ohio native. The weekend will be highlighted with the annual ‘Auto Racers for Kids Charity Event’ at the Mercer Raceway Park; offering a $3,000 top prize to the winner of the 30-lap, ‘410’ sprint car main event.

Jack Sodeman Jr. will kick-off his upcoming weekend at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, June 14th. The Sarver oval will host another round of ‘Fab Four’ racing action this Friday night; featuring all four (4) of the facility’s weekly racing divisions. Jack Sodeman Jr. is a recent winner at the Lernerville Speedway; picking up the ‘Fab Four’ opening night win earlier this season. The Rudzik Racing ‘94’ will enter the Lernerville Speedway gates on Friday evening second (2nd) in the current ‘410’ sprint car track standings. Sodeman Jr. trails current point leader and recent Lernerville Speedway winner, Brandon Spithaler, by a mere five (5) points in the championship hunt. Eric ‘Turkey’ Williams, Brandon ‘Wheelman’ Matus, and Carl Bowser round out the top five in the current track championship standings. Jack Sodeman Jr. finished inside the top-ten during his last appearance at the Lernerville Speedway; crossing under the checkers sixth (6th) at the conclusion of the 25-lap, ‘410’ sprint car main event.

After Friday night’s ‘Fab Four’ weekly event at the Lernerville Speedway, Jack Sodeman Jr. and Rudzik Racing will direct their attention towards the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. The Mercer 3/8’s mile bullring will host the annual ‘Auto Racers for Kids Charity Event’ on Saturday evening, June 15th; awarding $3,000 to the winner of the 30-lap, ‘410’ sprint car main event. Jack Sodeman Jr. is a former winner of the high-dollar ‘Auto Racers for Kids Charity Event,’ and hopes to repeat success this Saturday evening. Although, all of the track’s weekly divisions will be featured on the Saturday night racing card, no points towards the overall track championship will be awarded to any of the divisions; including the ‘410’ sprinters. Sodeman Jr. finished on the podium last Saturday night at the Mercer Raceway Park; finishing third (3rd), officially, during the ‘Saturday Night Live!’ weekly main event.
