Pittsburgh, PA (August 27th, 2014) – ‘The Jet’ Jared Miley will be West Virginia bound once again in 2014; this time to the I-77 Raceway Park near Ripley, West Virginia on Sunday, August 31st for the 46th Annual ‘Hillbilly 100.’ The 2014 edition of the infamous ‘Hillbilly 100’ will feature a 100-lap super late model main event, awarding $25,000 to the main event winner. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned program will feature many of the nation’s most dominant super late model drivers and teams; including current series point leader and defending champion, Jimmy Owens. Jared Miley, who pilots the  Jared Miley Racing, Colussy Chevrolet, Octane Graphix, Brougher’s Machine Shop, Rocket Chassis, FullyInjected.com, no. H1 super late model, qualified for the 2013 ‘Hillbilly 100’ main event at the I-77 Raceway Park. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native finished 12th, officially, after starting 22nd; there were 61 cars on hand. A win on Sunday night at the I-77 bullring would be a career-first Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory for Jared Miley.

Although the $25,000-to-win ‘Hillbilly 100’ certainly highlights the upcoming weekend for Jared Miley Racing, all of Miley’s weekend action will technically begin on Friday evening, August 29th when ‘The Jet’ faces-off against the World of Outlaws Late Model Series at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania for the ‘Working Man 50.’ Miley, who owns three main event wins at the Lernerville oval in 2014, as well as a recent track championship, will attempt to defend ‘home dirt’ against the ‘Outlaw’ invaders on Friday evening; which will include Rick Eckert, Tim McCreadie and Darrell Lanigan. Jared Miley has yet to earn a career-first World of Outlaws Late Model Series victory, but has been close to earning that feat on at least one occasion already this season. The seventh place finisher during ‘Firecracker 100’ preliminary feature action will attempt to cross off ‘World of Outlaws Late Model Series victory’ from his career bucket list on Friday night, and take home the $10,000 pay day.

Jared Miley has yet to determine any plans for Saturday, August 30th. News and information relating to that decision will be released at a later time.
