Mercer Raceway Park: Racers’ Notes for Saturday, June 15

Mercer, PA (June 10, 2013): This Saturday, June 15, Mercer Raceway Park will host the annual Auto Racers for Kids Charity event. This event is promoted by Auto Racers for Kids Charity, Inc., so there will be no points awarded for any division and the track’s normal handicapping system will not be used. Speedway officials are volunteering their time and services for this event. There will be no entry fees for any new cars for this program, which is also made possible by Bonnell’s Collision Center. All divisions will be racing for enhanced purses:

410 Sprints: $3,000 to win, $200 to start

358 Modifieds: $800 to win, $100 to start

Outlaw Sprint Warriors: $500 to win, $100 to start

Stock Cars: $500 to win, $80 to start

Modified Lites: $275 to win, $50 to start

Mini Stocks: $200 to win, $40 to start

Ticket prices are as follows:

Adults: $15

Seniors (60+): $13

Students (9-18): $7

Family Pass (2 Adults, 4 Minors): $32

Pit Passes: $35
