Two of Fully Injected’s teenage sprint car competitors, Brandon Matus and Adam Kekich, each plan to venture out of Western Pennsylvania this weekend and race in some ‘foreign territory.’ With their respective schedule’s complete at their home tracks, the fall season will now allow for these young drivers, and their race teams, to compete at some different regional venues, against some different faces.

Adam Kekich, the 4th place finisher in the final Mercer Raceway Park sprint car point standings, plans on racing at the Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio this Saturday night, September 17th- for a regular show worth $1,500. The 18-year-old, third generation driver’s season is winding down; leaving September and October with no committed dates. The team’s future plans right now consist of trips to Wayne County Speedway ( like the one this weekend), a possible World of Outlaws ‘Commonwealth Clash’ appearance at Lernerville Speedway on the 24th of this month, and a probable appearance at the Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway in October.

Brandon Matus will be venturing to the world famous Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania this Friday night, September 16th. The notorious Pennsylvania Posse will be on hand to greet the “Wheelman” for a regular night of points action; which will be co-headlined by the invading ARDC Midget Series. Matus earned his first career sprint car victory this year; as well as finishing his season with a top five finish in the final sprint car standings at both Lernerville and Mercer Raceway Park.
