‘Tuscarora 50’ Tops List of Sought After Wins for Brock Zearfoss
‘Jonestown Jet’ Will Begin Season on Saturday, March 21st at Port Royal

Jonestown, PA (March 11th, 2015) – Although the 2015 season has yet to commence, central Pennsylvania ‘410’ sprint car sophomore Brock Zearfoss is already looking ahead to the month of September. Zearfoss, driver of the Mooses LZ Bar and Grill, Central Builders Supply, Leaches Automotive, Meckleys Limestone, no. 3Z ‘410’ sprinter, has his eyes set on the 48th Annual ‘Tuscarora 50’ at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. The UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions sanctioned event will feature two complete shows on Friday and Saturday, September 11th & 12th; awarding $11,000 to the main event winner during the event finale on Saturday, September 12th. Zearfoss qualified for the ‘Tuscarora 50’ finale in 2014 and was scored 20th.
“We have a long season in front of us and a long time to wait, but we are already growing anxious for this year’s ‘Tuscarora 50’ at Port Royal” said Zearfoss, “The atmosphere at that event is always awesome…the track is packed and the car count is always big…there is a lot of money on the line with a ton of extra incentives…with the fair going on at the same time, it adds a little more to the weekend for the fans…just an all around great weekend for the fans and drivers.”
Brock Zearfoss will open his 2015 campaign on Saturday, March 21st at the Port Royal Speedway season opener. The ‘Jonestown Jet’ will be a regular at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile during the entire upcoming season.
“We’ll have plenty of lap time at Port Royal before the ‘Tuscarora 50’ comes around” said Zearfoss, “Our goal entering any event is to work towards a win and that includes the ‘Tuscarora 50’…hopefully we can use our notes from the entire season and work our way towards the front.”
