YORK, PA (July 20, 2017) – With Friday night’s action at Williams Grove rained out, Cory Haas and the Trone Outdoor Motorsports team were only in action at the Lincoln Speedway this past weekend.
On an elbow up racing surface, Haas fought his way forward to his seventh top-five finish of the season. Haas has been strong at Lincoln all season, but now must focus on improving at Williams Grove this weekend as the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series comes to town for the annual ‘Summer Nationals’ Friday and Saturday.
Haas has admittedly struggled in time trials all season and will be looking to turn that around this weekend against the best in the business. Haas has raced well at the big half-mile but is looking to time trial better to start him closer to the front in the racing program.
Cory Haas and John Trone would like to thank all of their marketing partners including: Eagle Steel, Trone Outdoor Advertising, Eagle Evergreens, Bricker’s, DMI, Bulldog Rear Ends, York PB Truss, Maxim Chassis, Connecticut Oil Kings, KSE, Wings Unlimited, QA1 Shocks, Creekside Auto Sales, and Fully Injected Motorsports.
