Allegheny Sprint Tour helps headline Autumn Motive Fest at Lernerville; Series to award multiple contingency prizes

SARVER, PA (September 14, 2017) – Officially entering the final clip of the 2017 season, the IMCA/Racesaver Allegheny Sprint Tour will invade Sarver, Pennsylvania’s Lernerville Speedway on Saturday evening, September 16, and in addition to a full, competitive program, teams will compete for an extended list of contingency awards and prizes, all capped off with a 25-lap, $500-to-win/$150-to-start main event.
In fact, Lernerville Speedway will host the IMCA/Racesaver Allegheny Sprint Tour on two, separate occasions to help close down their 2017 campaign; Autumn Motive Fest on Saturday, September 16, as well as during the annual DIRTcar Roundup/Steel City Stampede in mid-October.
“We appreciate what the Allegheny Sprint Tour officials do for us. On multiple occasions this season, Series supporters have stepped up to provide special incentives toward travel and racing. It gives us something extra to race for every time we are on the track,” Greg Dobrosky explained, Allegheny Sprint Tour regular. “Lernerville is a special place with a lot of history. I’m excited to get back there.”

$100 Longest Tow Award on behalf of J&J Outdoor Power Equipment
One right rear tire for feature Hard Charger
One case of Schaeffer’s Racing Oil for each heat race winner
NAPA Auto Parts cleaning supplies for Best Appearing Car
One case of Brad Penn Oil for Hard Luck Award presented by Townsend Gas & Oil
Overall Fast Qualifier will receive new tire on behalf of Lias Tire.
Saturday’s Autumn Motive Fest at Lernerville Speedway will also feature a Classic Car Show, RibFest, and Chili Cook-Off. Those events will begin as early as 9:00 am on the Lernerville Speedway grounds and will remain free to the general public. Gates for the Autumn Motive Fest racing program will open at 5PM. To enter the speedway, a pass will need to be purchased.
