KNOXVILLE, Iowa (May 13, 2024) – Two High Limit Racing starts resulted in back-to-back top-tens for Visalia, California’s Cory Eliason and Ridge & Sons Racing, doing so in a pair of weekend starts at 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa, and Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois, on Friday and Saturday, May 10-11. Eliason, ace of the Commercial Edge, NDT New Direction Transport LLC, Ridge Development, North Ridge Development, Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts, B And L Holdings, No. 8 sprint car, finished seventh in each of his weekend outcomes, utilizing sound preliminary efforts to start no worse than fifth in the weekend pair.
“Feels good to lock down some consistency, especially with another busy week ahead,” Eliason explained. “Hats off to this entire team. It’s definitely been an up and down year for us, but we’ll chalk this weekend up as a positive and move on to Kokomo with a lot more confidence.”
As noted, it was a sound preliminary effort that padded Eliason’s success in Iowa and Illinois, utilizing a pair of heat race victories to earn a pair of High Limit Racing dash starts.
Not a lot of rest and relaxation is on the agenda this week, as High Limit Racing is set to visit Indiana and New York in a three-races in five-days slate beginning with a $20,000-to-win Midweek Money Series start at Kokomo Speedway.

Ridge & Sons Racing and Cory Eliason [No. 8] will continue their 2024 High Limit Racing campaign with a start at Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana, on Monday, May 13, followed by back-to-back New York starts at Outlaw Speedway and Utica-Rome Speedway on Thursday and Friday, May 16-17.
