HANOVER, Pa. (May 20, 2024) – A pair of starts resulted in two A-Main appearances for JJ Loss and JKL Racing, qualifying for main event competition at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, May 17, and BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 19. Boasting competitive fields, nonetheless, Loss highlighted the pair with a 17th-place performance at The Grove on Friday; a sound outcome considering Loss’ limited track time at the world-famous half-mile.
Loss, ace of his family-owned Next Level Signs & Graphics, Your Hometown Agents – Colby Jacobs & Neil Reichart Team, Diversified Cuts, Wolf’s Plumbing LLC, No. 67 sprinter, was scored 20th at BAPS two nights later; another sound display with 39 entries – a few High Limit Racing “High Rollers” – parked pitside.
“We’re definitely making progress and that’s exciting. The results really don’t speak for what we’ve been able to accomplish on-track and with the car. I leave the track already excited for the next start,” Loss mentioned. “We’ve had the Grandview High Limit race circled on our calendar all year. They are a competitive field of cars, and we know what we’re up against. We’re going to throw everything we have at them and see what we can do.”
As hinted, Loss will continue his 2024 season with a two-race agenda over, as well as beyond, Memorial Day weekend, first visiting the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, May 25, followed by a first-ever High Limit Racing start at Grandview Speedway on Tuesday, May 28.
