VICENTOWN, N.J. (June 17, 2024) – There’s nothing better than a wing dance, and for Justin Whittall, he got his dance Saturday night, taming the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace” for his first triumph of the 2024 season, and second overall. The young man out of Vincentown, New Jersey, led every circuit at the Juniata County Fairgrounds, claiming a $5,000 payday in the process.

Getting back on the horse, Whittall, ace of the JG Kronenberger Fine Jewelry, Mid-Atlantic Transport, Pioneer Auto Body, Worldwide Bearings, Enterprise, Prime Composite Innovations, Milky Way Restaurant, No. 67 sprint car, was involved in a heavy crash at the Port halfmile just a few weeks prior to his victory. He has since taken his schedule day-to-day.

“A great comeback for our team. I was nervous, but thrilled to get it done,” Whittall admitted. “Just can’t say enough about this entire JW Motorsports team. Everyone works so hard and everyone stays positive no matter the outcome. This was a total team effort and I’m confident we can do it again very soon.

“This win goes out to my dad for Father’s Day. He makes all of this possible and we wouldn’t be here without him.”

In actuality, it was a double top-ten weekend for the Garden State wheelman, opening competition with an eighth-place score at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, on Friday, June 14;  he started in the exact same position.
