SANDUSKY, Ohio (July 15, 2024) – Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, has been tough to master for Chris Andrews and Chris Andrews Racing, but the Sandsusky native finally found some rhythm, concluding Saturday’s Attica/Fremont Championship Series (AFCS) program with a top-ten finish – his first of the season at The Track That Action Built.
Andrews, ace of his own Ohio Truck Sales, OTS Truck Centers, Fleet Capital, Cintas, Kenworth of Cleveland, Toledo Spring, NAPA Fremont Auto Parts, No. 15C sprint car, finished eighth in his top-ten appearance, advancing two spots from the outside of row five. The former Attica Raceway Park track champion qualified for main event action with a fourth-place score during heat race competition.
His recent Fremont outcome included, Andrews now owns four top-tens on the season, three of which accumulated at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio.
“We’ve been trying to find some rhythm at Fremont all season…better late than never,” Andrews expressed. “Happy to pad the stat column a little bit. The goal is to put our momentum to work Tuesday night at Attica.”
